The 8th grade will have 2 performances of The Miracle Worker this week for the lower grades.  Eighth grade parents are welcome to attend.  performances are at 1:15 and will last about 1 hour.  They will be in the auditorium.  Please be sure to ask your child which day he/she is performing.  Keep in mind this is not a "professional" performance.  We only practice during reading class.  I do not expect perfection, but students are expected to know their lines, bring clothes for a costume, and give their best effort to play their role.  They are graded on their performance and effort.  We have spent quite a bit of time in reading class reading the novel, watching the movie, and studying Helen Keller.  This is our culminating activity.  The younger kids enjoy watching and look forward to this each year.  We hope you can join us.

The next essay book test will be on Oct. 23
